Today is day 3 on the specials calendar.

4th grade LTM

First grade half day planning day-Please make sure you have signed up.

McDonald's Mcteacher night-Please sign up and spend a fwe minutes at the McDonald's on University parkway to meet andf greet students.

PTA board meeting-6pm.

In light of the cancelled meeting, Let me share some things electronically

Finances and field trips-Please turn in field trip money daily by placing it in the lock box outside Mrs. Sawyer's office. Do not put it in any file cabinets or hand it to her personally. We will retrieve it daily from the lockbox. Place the money in an envelope with the cover sheet indicating teacher name, field trip and total in the envelope. Also maintain a cash sheet listed each child and the amount they have paid towards the trip. Maintain this sheet in lieu of handing out receiets for amounts less than twenty dollars.

I will send an attachment on Tuesday with the proper forms ands place copies in mailboxes. Make as many as you need.
